You can currently download older versions (to my knowledge) but you wont be able to if the older version hasn't
been uploaded on that resource

Could you please tell me how? When I click on an older version that has user reviews, nothing happens and I don't see a download button anywhere other than the one for the current version. I'm clicking on the version number under the "Updates" tab.
