Update 4.7

Fixed minor bugs and removed link with annoying advertisements

Improved the built-in scoreboard stability and performance by a lot!
Fixed an error that happened in Quake if no player got kills
Improved the performance of Minecart racing
Join signs and autojoin signs can now be accessed from outside the game lobby (Without using /pg join)
Attempted to fix the flight issue in punch the bat
