This is a basic spigot plugin that makes it so that you can't Chat Report anyone in the new versions (1.19.1+). It does not affect other plugins that use the chat such as chat coloring and such.
Basically it adds a ' ' Space after each message so that the messages look does not change but the contents does and the player can't report it.
