"Stay focused. Keep your eyes on your enemy. Don't be distracted." Natalia instructed David. "You've gotten good at this."

"This is basic stuff. When are we going to move onto more real fighting?" David snapped impatiently.

"You can't rush through these things. I don't know how much Dad had taught you, so we will move on when I feel you're ready." she assured. "There may be a time when you won't be able to rely on me to protect you. This is the only way I can teach you to survive in such a situation."

"It just feels like I'm wasting my time." he complained.

"You can do this, David." she encouraged.

Two siblings who had been separated for much of their lives. By the end of the Purge War, their parents had perished, leaving David distraught and feeling alone. Seeking to rekindle her relationship with her younger brother, Natalia takes him under her wing as his legal guardian and trains David the ways of combat she had learned whilst living as a prisoner among the illagers.
