A correct editor preview does not prove that the exported model can find its textures in the destination pack.
Make a small test case
Keep the original editable project untouched. Work on a copy with one obvious cube and a clearly colored texture. Export using the format required by your target game or plugin. Record the Blockbench project type, exporter, target version and destination plugin version.
Check one boundary at a time
Ask for help with evidence
Post an editor screenshot, an in-game screenshot, the relevant file tree and a redacted error. Share only files you have permission to share. Explain whether the minimal test works; that immediately narrows the investigation.

Keep the original editable project untouched. Work on a copy with one obvious cube and a clearly colored texture. Export using the format required by your target game or plugin. Record the Blockbench project type, exporter, target version and destination plugin version.
Check one boundary at a time
- Confirm that the texture file is present in the exported result or destination pack, according to that format's requirements.
- Compare the model's texture references with the actual filenames and paths. Check spelling and case instead of relying on how the editor displays them.
- Make sure the pack being tested is the newly generated pack. Keep a dated copy so you can identify it.
- Test the simple model before combining it with other packs. If the simple case works, reintroduce the original parts one at a time.
- If the destination has a content log, capture the first relevant missing-file or format error.
