It technically uses a built-in Minecraft feature, even if we don't use the F11 glitch, we could still F3+T while holding down right-click which will keep on holding down right-click. Which means it isn't an unfair advantage since this could be done with Vanilla Minecraft.
Also, as far as I have heard there are no rules that have stated that this isn't allowed.
