About:
This plugin blocks all potential abuses in chat, commands, signs, books and renaming items (anvils)!
It does this by combining regex, whitelists/blacklists and good old fashioned if statements. All rules are hard-coded, so when new curses are added or false positives fixed, all users benefit! That said, you can enable/disable features as you see fit in the config file.
We've been running it on our own server for over a year now, and it essentially allows you to automate 95%+ of the common every day jobs staff would normally be required to manage. So our server requires no staff!
NOTE: The plugin is designed for english-speaking servers. Most checks will also work for other languages, but things like swearing/racism checks likely won't work at all as the spelling is completely different.

Specific features (all configurable):
- Require players to move before talking in chat (block bot spam)

- Block vertical swearing (e.g. typing one character per line to bypass normal filter)
- Block risky words (ebola, -Redacted-, etc.)
- Hide chat app join messages (MineChat, Hyperchat, etc.)
- Block non-english words (norsk, etc.)
- Block fake vote messages
- Block impersonating staff
- Block mentioning of hacking
- Block mentioning of bow spam

False Positives:
If you get many false positives (a word being blocked when it shouldn't), just upload the log file generated by the plugin on http://pastebin.com, post a link here in the discussion section and I'll fix all of them ASAP!
*If you use Essentials, it's suggested that you give players the negative permission for 'essentials.chat.url' as this has been reported to cause our filters to be less effective.
Setup:
This plugin is designed for ease-of-use. All checks are enabled by default, and the log of blocked words will generate itself each time you delete it. If you experience any issues, tell me under the discussion tab and I'll do my best to fix them!
