TalkingBot is a very neat plugin which allows you to talk to a FULLY CUSTOMIZED bot on your server! How it works is if you say the bots name (configurable), or a sentence containing the bots name, or literally ANYTHING, it will respond using set messages! Take a look down below to see how the config.yml works with this - it's infinite!​

You can test this plugin @ EmeraldPrisonMC.com server | Forewarning: "Jeff" does not have a fully setup config, so he only responds to few phrases! (most in the config.yml below will work)​

If none of the sentences are matched, you can pull randomly from the "no-match" list so the bot says something no matter what​

Your customizable bot reads from the config, and matches what the player says if it contains their name in it. If you look below, each sentence is broken up by words. So if you wanted your bot to say something if a player said "Jeff how are you?" you would put in the config:​

It then chooses one of those responses, and says it to the server! (You only need 1 response maximum)​

Don't put another word-section under a message, like this:​

Instead, you can but two sentences with different endings​

Make sure to have 4 spaces on the first word under sayings and 2 for every one after that! Also, make sure your response is right under the last word of the detecting message! You will get errors if you don't put them accordingly. Here it is shown:​

Also for tags like "don't" and "can't" use two 's like "can''t" so that you don't get any errors.​

The miscellaneous section can be used for anything. Use the command /talkingbot add <message> <response> to automatically add to the miscellaneous section. Make sure to use -s for spaces in the <message> and double 's for the <response>! The main point of this section to allow messages to be read WITHOUT the bot name included in them! (You can if you want to though, as it is basically a complete alternative to the main configuration section)​
