ULTRA Brian Wingus 1.0.0

Brian Wingus

Original author description:

A generic model adaptation of my fourth original character, a cybernetic-humanoid cross known as Brian Wingus.

I made up an origin story for him a few years ago- something along the lines of him getting atomised by a neutron star and being cybernetically brought back to life by Lael Galanodel's father.
