Oraxen — Custom Items, Blocks, Furniture & Resource Packs
Build a custom Minecraft experience with items, armor, furniture, blocks, glyphs, menus, paintings and music. Oraxen connects your YAML configuration and artwork to in-game content, generates the resource pack, and delivers it to players using a standard Java client.Version 1.219.0 Community includes the complete editable source project, default assets and a repeatable build workflow alongside the ready-to-install plugin.
Custom items and equipment
Create swords, bows, shields, tools, food, decorative items and other equipment. Define names, lore, models, textures, durability and supported item components. Configure item mechanics and actions to give your content behavior as well as an appearance. Browse your items in the built-in graphical inventory and use the administrative give, take and reload commands.Armor and wearable content
Build themed equipment sets and wearable items using the supported equipment models and textures. Included examples provide a starting point for your own content. The release uses the current equipment workflow; older shader-based armor configurations require migration.Custom blocks
Define decorative blocks, ores, plants and supported shaped blocks, with configurable sounds, placement rules, drops and light. Different block implementations serve different shapes and mechanics. The defaults include ores, vegetation and decorative examples; replace or extend their YAML and textures to match your server.Furniture and decorations
Place modeled furniture such as chairs, tables, shelves and carts. Configure display entities or other supported entity representations, hitboxes, barriers, seats, rotation, placement limits and drops. Furniture integrates with the item registry and generated resource pack so administrators can manage content from one configuration system.Glyphs, interfaces and menus
Use custom font glyphs for icons, interface elements, chat decoration and supported animated glyphs. Combine font assets with inventory textures to create themed interfaces. Oraxen supplies an item browser and recipe interfaces, while its APIs let other plugins use the same item, block, furniture and glyph definitions.Paintings and music
Add custom painting artwork and custom music-disc content on supported Minecraft versions. Registry-based content and resource-pack assets work together; use the documented formats and reload behavior for the server version you deploy.Resource-pack generation and delivery
Oraxen generates its resource pack from your assets and configuration, checks models and textures, and supports configured upload or self-hosted delivery. Players accept the pack in their Java client. Configure the hosting address for your own server and make it reachable to players; a loopback address is only appropriate for local testing.Brand the experience with your own menu and font artwork, or start from the included examples.
Recipes and gameplay mechanics
Configure crafting, cooking, campfire and stonecutting recipes, plus the workstation support introduced in 1.219.0 for smithing tables, cauldrons, anvils and grindstones. This version also includes recipe-book grouping, backpack item restrictions and more specific Silk Touch drop rules. Optional integrations require their corresponding plugins; install only those you use.Installation
- Back up your server, existing Oraxen configuration, resource pack and world.
- Extract the download and put oraxen-1.219.0-community.1.jar in the server's plugins folder. Keep only one Oraxen JAR.
- Start the server with the Java version required by your Paper release. Allow the first-run dependency downloads and configuration generation.
- Review Oraxen's settings, pack hosting and Paper block-update settings. Restart if the startup log requests it.
- Join with a compatible Java client, accept the pack, and open /oraxen inventory. Edit the supplied YAML/assets to build your own content.
Compatibility and validation
Upstream targets Paper and Folia across Minecraft 1.20.1–26.2. This community release is checked on Paper 26.2 with Java 25 and a graphical Minecraft Java 26.2 client. The download includes a validation report with the automated tests, gameplay checks and remaining integration limits. Compatibility with every optional third-party plugin or custom configuration is not implied by these checks.Included in the download
