Adds MCPets menu and lifecycle integration for both creatures plus the scoped pet-damage compatibility helper. Actual-client validation in the combined Paper 26.1.1 showcase covered the normal companion summon and passive display; the evil variant is included but is not granted to default players.
Legacy integration files from the source release are preserved byte-identically, but those legacy integrations were not individually runtime-retested.
