Adds ItemsAdder support for all three dyeable cosmetics, including the 40-pose cape and animated star texture. Actual-client validation in the combined Paper 26.1.1 showcase covered the three cosmetics and cape animation.
Legacy integration files from the source release are preserved byte-identically, but those legacy integrations were not individually runtime-retested.
