For a bedwars plugin it is not crap, it features a lot of things that a normal bedwars plugin should feature, and it is highly configurable and is still getting updates from time to time. I would say it is not plug and play though there is setup stuff you have to do like bed locations, shop locations, team spawns, map name, shop currency spawners (iron, gold and diamond is the default), the hub location, the lobby location, where spectators should spawn in. Though all of that is configurable in the server itself and not though the files. There is some stuff you would need to configure in the files though like what you want in the shop and the cost of it and what not. Basically this has a lot of features to play around with. There is even addons to this plugin you can find here: https://mbedwars.com/product-category/addons/

though I will say most of the addons are paid but there are some free ones.
