extremly high ping spikes since one week

So since one week my Ping fluctuates between 200ms-50000ms, before that week I normally had 200ms and it maybe was going up to 1000ms rarely. My ping goes up to 50000ms every 3- 60 min often depending on the time I also get kicked into limbo when this happens so its literally unplayable. I just dont understand why this happens I only get these extreme spikes on Hypixel, not on any other server.
