SEEKING Faction Server Developer / Staff
Hey guys, my name is Christopher and I am a pre-med college student making a Minecraft factions server in my spare time. I have been trying to develop an amazing factions server since 2015, but due to being busy, I seem to never be able to finish this project. However, I am getting close, but I am in need of assistance in order to finish this project and release it to the public. With that being stated, I am very knowledgeable and understand the potential risks in running a server, which is why I will be buying a professional server host when I am finished. Long story short, this is what I am seeking from a member if anyone would be interested in managing this server with me.
What I seek
- Knowledgeable and able to manage a server (required)
- FREEEEEE UNPAID Work, I'm a poor college student, please don't expect to get paid, I don't expect you to be on here when I tell you to be. However, if this server is successful, you will be deemed a valuable staff member, and when I was younger, all I wanted was to be a staff member because it was a fun experience!
- Possibly able to make custom plugins (not required)
- Good at setting up plugins and permissions (required)
- Reliable and good at communicating (required)
- Mature Member (maybe someone in college?)
- Obviously will need a microphone and Discord.
Information about the server
So this server I am creating is going to be a factions server and it will be themed between The Game of Thrones and Harry Potter. This is because there will be 2 custom classes (Wizards and Knights) and each class / rank will have their own special ability, (example: Targaryens will have infinite fire resistance). With this server theme, there will be custom bosses to fight, (I have made dungeons called the Slitherin Dungeons which house 2 bosses for the Wizards, and more areas to come!). There will also be really nice donator ranks that everyone wants, but other servers lack (such as maybe adding fly). There will also be supply drops and reward crates, and many more cool plugins yet to come, to make a unique and custom experience. I also strive in making a simple and humble server, yet easy to use and very in depth and customized. I don't want there to be 100 different confusing things, but rather I want something simple with easy to understand fun things to do. Below is a highlight of what I have in the server already, but is not limited to: - Bosses and Dungeons

- Custom classes with unique abilities
- Wizards and Knights
- A custom rank system that you can level up with using in game money and get more cool abilities.
- Casinos / gambling
- Trading
- Cool GUI plugins for shops and more
- An actual Shop to warp to + adding a GUI shop^
- Auction Houses + Lottery
- PVP arenas
- Deluxe tags
- NPC interactions
- Music / infinite jukeboxes to give the server more life
- Random TP with a /wild warp that has a custom PVP warzone
Obviously I will be using premium paid plugins since I am a Supporter on BlackSpigot, as well as I might buy one or two plugins that are not on BlackSpigot.
