SEEKING Liable Staff Team/Devs

Hello, Im MorbidlyXerxes and I am in the process of making an OP Prison (XerxPrisons). I know very basic setup for servers and do ask for help if i can't figure it out. I would like to have a potential staff team before i purchase the server. I would like to start it as a Free Position and depending on the servers success changing it to a Paid Position. I want to have features not found in other Prisons and I believe i could find the correct people here to help me with my goal.
