Okay before mentioning things, most of this is use a re-post and because I realized that the 2.5.0 version is not working so I asked to crack the new version which is on the "Spigot Link" or here. (New version 2.6.1)
I think that this plugin will be useful for all the people who wants to make a UHC server, also this plugins contains a tons of stuff which you can find it here (http://www.mc-market.org/threads/259620/).
