How it would contribute towards the betterment of the community

I know many servers with this plugin, or similar to this which are huge. The benefits of this plugin are great. I have seen many posts on this site requesting this for many reasons. The plugin allows you to have one spawner worth many. This greatly decreases lag allowing people to have a better time and improve the server speed. I, and many people like me need it for our servers. A pl;ugin similar to this, I also use is called MergedMobs. I got it from this site.

@Sauron I think you guys should leak this plugin, because the community has been asking for it for a long time, and It is essential, if you have low ram servers
