Plugin Connection Issue

Hey, so i have got around 45% of plugins for blackspigot and when ever i start up the server it says ''Contact BlackSpigot'' i have asked staff members and they said it a connection issue. I want to know how to make it so the connection unlocks the plugins.

i did that, what happens is i download it put it onto my server is works then if i restart / reload it breaks and says contact blackspigot

Do you know which plugin has this issue? If you don't, try putting the cracked plugins one at the time in the plugins folder and start the server each time until the error pops up.

Its any plugin from this website, like any plugins that i download from here it get blocked, i tried it on my localhost and it still breaks i legit have no idea do i need like a spigotcracker or something like that

i have changed the port i can't exactly change a VPS ip

i did not setup any of that, it came predone so im not sure if i don't have it installed how do i install it
