Hi i have a problem with my account, i cant log in, because i have Two Step Verification and i dont receive any email, i also try to change my password but doesnt work, how can i solve it?

I'm trying to download version 6.4.0 but it won't let me. I click the 6.4.0 version and it just sends me back to the page. I can only download the latest version.
