SEEKING Faction Server Developer / Staff
Hey guys, my name is Nickson and I am a very expierience highschool student making a Minecraft Survival Server in my spare time. I have been trying to develop an amazing survival server since 2015, but due to not having the finances, I seem to never be able to finish this project. However, I am getting close, but I am in need of assistance in order to work on the project and come out with frequent updates/chances. With that being stated, I am very knowledgeable and understand the potential risks in running a server, which is why I have a proffesional server host that I'm currently paying for and soon will move to a my own custom server/server-room. Long story short, this is what I am seeking from a member if anyone would be interested in managing/working on this server with me.
What I seek
Information about the server
So this server I have been creating is going to be a nice, calm, and relaxing survival server and it will be themed between Relaxing and just being a whole Vibe type genre. This is because I don't really find much joy in any other type of server. With this server theme, there will be custom enchants, mobs, bosses to fight, custom texturepack's and custom ambiance to improve the vibe, there is furniture aswell and I plan on adding more, there will also be dungeons, (I want dungeons than can come/spawn in many different difficulties ranging from rookie to veteran and have rarer loot depending on the dificulty!). There will also be really nice donator ranks that everyone wants, but other servers lack (such as maybe adding fly). There will also be supply drops and reward crates, and many more cool plugins yet to come, to make a unique and custom experience. I also strive in making a simple and humble server, yet easy to use and very in depth and customized. I don't want there to be 100 different confusing things, but rather I want something simple with easy to understand fun things to do. What I seek
- Knowledgeable and able to manage a server (required)
- FREEEEEE UNPAID Work, I'm a poor highschool student, please don't expect to get paid, I don't expect you to be on here when I tell you to be. However, if this server is successful, you will be deemed a valuable staff member, and when I was younger, all I wanted was to be a staff member because it was a fun experience!
- Possibly able to make custom plugins (not required)
- Good at setting up plugins and permissions (required)
- Reliable and good at communicating (required)
- Mature Member (maybe someone in highschool and above?)
- Obviously will need a microphone and Discord.
